In this modern world, we often find ourselves either dashing about or spending hours scrolling, fixed to our phones.
Sketching is a great way to relax in nature and observe all the beautiful and interesting things that surrounded us. Sketching can help you to switch off and calms your mind.
You can take a little sketchbook and watercolour set anywhere you go. Great for recording holidays, days out, etc. Great for anxiety too!
Put your phone away and get back to basics.

Please note, these sessions are weather dependent. Ideally check forecast a week before booking and wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
